Buckheart Township Cemetery Board is accepting bids for the mowing and cleaning of the following cemeteries for a term of one mowing.season (with possible extension). Maryville Highbridge Bethel Independent contractors shall be required to string trim headstones, clean fence rows, mow creek banks, spray roadways, and fence rows when necessary, set out trash for collection, sweep headstones and remove excess clippings after mowing. Back-up mower required. Liability insurance required. Bids are required to be quoted on a per mowing basis. Number of monthly mowings shall be dependent on weather, and only at the direction of the Cemetery Board of Trustees. Mowers will be required to sign an agreement with the Board specifying the conditions set aside for upkeep of Township Cemeteries. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
