Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of December 15, 2023, per owner, this project is complete. Design team and general contractor have been identified. The District will receive Proposals from qualified engineering firms, to provide design services for the replacement of a natural grass rectangular field (football plus) with a new artificial turf system and structural and cosmetic improvements to the adjacent stadium structure funded by the district outside of general obligation bond funds. R&C Management Group LLC is the sole point of contact in the District for this selection process. The proposer must indicate if proposer is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120.No proposal may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of sixty (60) days from the date and time set for opening. All questions about the scope and RFP and all correspondence pertaining to this RFP should be directed toward the project manager, Scott Rose at scott@randcmanagement.com. R&C Management Group LLC is the sole point of contact in the District for this selection process. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District it is in the public interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
