Site work and paving for a civil project in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Proposed work includes the supply and installation of approximately 650 metres of PVC sanitary sewer, 590 metres of storm sewer, 660 metres of ductile iron water main, new storm sewer manholes and catch basins, reconnection of service laterals, temporary water system, street reconstruction, retaining walls, traffic control and environmental protection. Contractors responding to this Notice of Tender are advised that official contract documents can only be obtained from CBCL Limited. Only Contractors who have received the Tender directly from CBCL Limited are eligible to submit a Tender on this project. General Contractors only may obtain Drawings and Specifications from CBCL Limited, 77 Westmorland Street, Suite 600, Fredericton, NB 506-450-9441 at a cost of $50.00 (including HST) per set, non-refundable. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including HST). Subject to the Contract Documents and the Supplemental Conditions, the successful bidder shall be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents.
