Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the supply and installation of approximately 175 metres of 600 mm diameter PVC sanitary sewer, 155 metres of 200 mm diameter ductile iron water main, 20 metres of 150 mm diameter ductile iron water main, 68 metres of 1200 mm diameter concrete storm sewer, as well as any associated service laterals and appurtenances, a temporary water system and reinstatement of the roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, and the placement of asphalt concrete on Brookside Drive within The City of Fredericton. Request For Proposal Documents may be obtained by General Contractors from the office of HILCON Limited, 420 York Street, Fredericton, NB E3B 3P7, 506-454-4455, upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per set (including HST). Subject to the Contract Documents and the Supplemental Conditions, the successful Contractor shall be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond as specified in the RFP Documents. The Proposal with the lowest price or highest score or any Proposal shall not necessarily be accepted.
