Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade, 49-seat day care center; 61,558-square-foot, three-story above grade, 608-seat educational facility; and for site work for a day care center.
Only PREQUALIFIED General Contractors from RFSQ #23121 are able to submit a bid - Category F. The Work is to a new South Niagara Elementary school. Total gross area of approximately 5,719m2 (61,558 sq. ft) all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Construction of a new elementary school to accommodate 608 students; and a 49-space child care centre. Scope to include: 21 regular classrooms; 5 FDK rooms; 2 special education rooms; a learning commons; gymnasium; an infant room; a toddler room; and a preschool room. Mechanical, Electrical, Millwork, Roofing and Data Cabling Subcontractors are prequalified as well.
