The project includes miscellaneous paving, street, and drainage repairs on an as-called, as needed basis. The Contract being negotiated constitutes an option agreement which can be activated by the City, in its sole and unfettered discretion, if and when the City chooses to use the Contractor's repair services as per the terms of the Contract. No bid will be considered unless sealed and submitted to City Hall prior to the time set forth above. All questions concerning the Specifications and other Contract Documents should be emailed directly to Randy Dykes, Assistant Director Planning and Zoning, at rdykes@richmondhill-ga.gov The last day for questions is Wednesday, the 23rd day of March, 2022 at 11:00am. An Addendum will be posted on the City website by close of business on Friday, the 25th day of March, 2022. In accordance with State of Georgia Code Section 43-14-8.2(h), the low bidder must furnish proof that they have a Utility Contractor's License before a contract will be executed. A non-collusion affidavit must be completed and submitted with bid. The City of Richmond Hill, Georgia reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract in the best interest of the Owner.
