Notice is hereby given that Roundup Memorial Hospital, Musselshell County, Roundup, Montana in the Conference Room at Roundup Memorial Hospital, receive and consider sealed bids for the following: Roundup Memorial Healthcare Electrical Infrastructure Project - Phase 2; Roundup, MT Bids will be received for a single Contract. The purchase and installation of a new 80KW diesel generator, paralleling gear to complete the electrical emergency infrastructure project. The new 80KW will be paralleled with the existing 80KW Diesel generator. The project includes adding the Kitchen loads and Radiology Penthouse loads on emergency. The project includes adding a new automatic transfer switch and associated work to add the clinic building on the emergency system. The project includes miscellaneous work to provide emergency power to med fridges, expanding patient room emergency receptacles and some existing panel load tracing. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder pending board approval. The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities or reject any or all Bids. Katie Shero, Director of Facilities and Materials Management Bids shall be submitted on the form provided with the Project Manual. Attention to Bidders is particularly called to the requirement as to conditions of employment to be observed and Montana Prevailing Wage Rates are required under the Contract. This project requires the Contractor to comply with 1% Gross Receipts Tax per Montana Code Annotated. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the contract amount is required with submission of Bid. And 100% Performance and Payment Bonds are required from the Contractor prior to work commencing on site. Complete the Work by the 12th day of December, 2022.
