Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belleair Bluffs, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the reconstruction of approximately 460 LF of residential roadway, associated curbing, and driveway replacement. The Project also includes the replacement of Pinellas County-owned utilities including: 475 LF of 8" sanitary sewer and 9 service laterals, 510 LF of 6 water main, 2 fire hydrants, and 9 water services, 3,300 LF of 8" CIPP liner and replacement of 4 -sewer manhole chimneys, frames and covers. The contract time is 150 calendar days. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, all in accordance with the provisions contained in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. All bids must be firm bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the time set for opening the bids. Bid Proposals will not be accepted from Contractors previously terminated from a Construction Contract by the City of Belleair Bluffs. Bid Proposals will only be accepted from Contractors currently approved as a pre-qualified bidder by Pinellas County or other Tampa Bay area governmental entity. Any potential bidder/proposer that is presently engaged in litigation with the City or has made a claim that is unresolved where the claim or the litigation involves a prior project with the City of Belleair Bluffs will be ineligible to receive this bid package/proposal. No bid/proposal will be received from any such proposer or potential bidder. The City of Belleair Bluffs reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities. PN - 20.PC-09
