Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,070-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
Location: 1400 N Florida Mango Road, West Palm Beach FL 33411 Scope of work: The purpose of this project is to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate the McKesson Warehouse interior space for the School District of Palm Beach County. First Floor multiple office spaces at 4105 SF and Second floor at 2965 SF. The scopes include but are not limited to: selective interior demolition, door removal and replacement, installation of interior finishes, HVAC and Electrical upgrades which includes low voltage connections for workstations. In addition to, Fire Protection modifications. All questions and proposals related to this project shall be emailed to Estimating@allsiteinc.net Owner and / or Construction Manager at Risk reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager at Risk also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer
