Renovation of a theater / auditorium in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Turnkey project to remove and replace carpeting in the auditorium at A.W. Dreyfoos HS Trim, seating removal and replacement, sundries, etc. Awarded contractor shall supply all tools, manpower, supplies, and necessary items to complete the auditorium carpeting project specified herein. Project shall consist, but limited to the following: 1. Cordon or barrier off the work site for safety 2. Remove approximately 706 sq. yds. of existing carpeting material and dispose 3. Unfasten, remove, and set aside rows of stadium seating and store onsite 4. Prepare floor for laying of new carpet tile squares and related items a. Carpet tile squares style and color to be determined at site inspection (or approved equal) b. Vinyl transitions, stair noses, stringers (color to be determined) c. Necessary sundries 5. Re-install and secure the stadium seating 6. Clean area and prepare for project to be inspected by project manager 7. Project Timing: Work may be completed during normal working hours unless otherwise noted due to testing. Project shall be fully completed within thirty calendar days after receipt of purchase order.
