All-Site Construction, Inc. (Construction Manager at Risk) for The School District of Palm Beach County, Florida (Owner) is accepting proposals from qualified tradesmen for the following projects: Western Pines Middle School Two Classroom Relocation Project # 2451-2201 Location: 2949 140th Ave North, West Palm Beach, FL 33411 Scope of work: To furnish all necessary equipment, labor, and materials for the removal of existing classrooms from its existing location and relocate them to new location with placement of portable classrooms onto new foundations, (supplied by owner). Trades associated with the scope of this project includes but are not limited to the following: electrical, HVAC, fire and smoke alarm, water and sewer tie-ins, structural steel, roofing, Epoxy & VCT flooring, drywall for interior repairs, paint, including but not limited to exterior stucco finishes and aluminum walkway canopies. Owner and / or Construction Manager at Risk reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager at Risk also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer.
