Renovation and addition to an educational facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the addition of a educational facility.
The modernized school will be located on the site of the existing school as an 866 student station facility to include new construction and remodeling or renovation of existing buildings to remain as deemed necessary. Preliminary estimate of areas, subject to change as the program/design progresses, include 65,000 - 70,000 gross SF for New/Modernization area and 18,000 - 20,000 gross SF for Renovation area.
