Scope of work: Interior renovations of (4) Palm Beach County Schools which include but are not limited to selective demolition, interior finishes, roofing, aluminum canopy, decorative louvers, and access controls. Owner and / or Construction Manager at Risk reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager at Risk also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer. *The site walk through has been cancelled until further notice from the School District
