Renovation of an educational facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work includes exterior improvements, roof replacement/repairs, door and window replacement/repairs, pressure cleaning, painting, caulking, intercom replacement, fire alarm replacement, electrical, HVAC equipment replacement, selective demolition, VCT flooring, ACT, painting, plumbing fixtures and concrete. All work will be performed during school breaks or outside normal school hours. Performance & Payment bond will be required for proposals exceeding $100,000.00. No phone calls please. Bid due date and pre-bid meeting will be provided with the invitation to bid. Proposals will be received at the office of Robling Architecture Construction, Inc. 101 Walker Avenue, Greenacres, FL. 33463. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
