Reference number : 1575090 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-09 Submission sent electronically accepted: No PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MASTER PLAN FOR PARKS AND GREEN SPACES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed and endorsed bids relating to the provision of professional services for the development of a Parks and Green Spaces Master Plan The mandate consists of drawing up an inventory, identifying and prioritizing a series of actions to be implemented in order to guide the financial investments of the City of Thetford Mines for its network of parks for the next ten years. The City of Thetford Mines will evaluate the offers according to a weighting system. The mandate will be entrusted to the firm having obtained the best final score and not the one having submitted the best price. A tender deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of your proposal is required for the presentation of an offer. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest bid received or the one with the highest final score or any of the bids. Moreover, it also reserves the right to accept them in whole or in part. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
