A Bid Bond is not required, but successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall deliver a Performance Bond (with suitable surety) in the amount of 50% of the contract amount. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted electronically. Bids will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting March 22nd, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Newberry Township Municipal Building, 1915 Old Trail Road, Etters, PA 17319. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids in the best interest of the Township. Work to be completed on or before 8/30/2022 Double Application Bituminous Seal Coat as per Publication 408 Secton 470 or Pub 447 MS0340-0005 Section B. Ruberized Crack sealer Design the seal coat according to the method in Appendix E of Bulletin 27 PROVIDE DESIGN WHICH MEETS PUB 408 SPECIFICATION WITH SEALED BID PROPOSAL FOR ALL ITEMS
