State Project Number 55AK0048 Restore Exterior of Old Dietary Building, AMRTC This solicitation has been designated to be awarded to a State of Minnesota Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. ONLY responses received from Contractors that are TG/ED/VO certified through the Department of Administration, Office of Equity and Procurement, will be considered.> A. The work will done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Work needs to be phased to allow for asbestos abatement by the Owner's contractor intermittent with General Construction, and also procurement of materials by General Contractor. 2.) Restoration of brick and tuckpointing of existing exterior walls. 3.) Installation of window and wall systems in existing window openings. 4.) Painting of select building elements. 5.) Select infill of masonry, and replacement of doors and frames. 6.) Add card readers. 7.) Miscellaneous building repairs and improvements. All questions regarding the plans and specifications should be directed to Tim Nielsen at CNH Architects, tnielsen@cnharch.com. Questions are due by Tuesday March 8, 2022, 2PM.
