All work shall be 100 percent (100%) complete on or before 11 September 2022. Work not 100 percent complete by these dates may be completed by the Owner forces with the costs back charged to the General or Prime Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
