1. QUOTE SUBMISSION Bidders must submit all quotes through the Commonwealth of Virginia's eVA Quick Quote system to the Buyer responsible for the Quick Quote. The County will not consider incomplete quotes and may reject quotes that are for a different unit of measure than specified in the Quick Quote. The County will accept quotes after the deadline only if the Arlington County Purchasing Agent has authorized acceptance because of a significant error or event that affected the receipt of quotes. 2. QUESTIONS AND ADDENDA Bidders must submit all communications relating to this solicitation via e-mail to the Buyer responsible for the Quick Quote. THE COUNTY WILL CONSIDER ONLY QUESTIONS THAT ARE SUBMITTED AT LEAST TWO CALENDAR DAYS BEFORE THE QUICK QUOTE DEADLINE LISTED IN THE REQUEST The County will respond to any questions and change any of the terms of the Quick Quote only by issuing an amendment to the Quick Quote. Bidders should not rely on any other representations that appear to change any portion of the solicitation. 3. ACCEPTABLE ELECTRONIC FORMATS Any electronic files submitted in response to this Quick Quote must be readable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) products. Spreadsheets must be submitted as unprotected Excel that include all formulas, macros and computations. The acceptable format listed in the Request is the guide to submitting a Bidder response. The resolution of any scanned documents must be at least 200 dots per inch (dpi); and scanned documents uploaded to eVA must be legible as received. 4. QUOTE SUBMISSION CERTIFICATION By submitting a quote, the Bidder certifies that it has read, understands and accepts the Quick Quote's terms, conditions and specifications; and if awarded the contract, the Bidder will be bound by the terms and conditions.
