Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Woodbury, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for the following: woodbury public works wash bay renovation in general, work consists of renovations to the wash bay including selective demolition of the existing floor slab, trench drain, and flammable waste trap; then installation of new sloped concrete floor slab, new trench drain, new sand interceptor, new flammable waste trap, new chassis spray wash system, and new water softener system. All Contractors wishing to submit a Bid on this Project must attend the Pre-Bid Meeting. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
