Major quantities for the Work include: Base Bid 12-inch CIPP Water Main Lining LF 1,000 16-inch CIPP Water Main Lining LF 980 Lining Pit 10 ft x 10 ft EA 6 Lining Pit 20 ft x 20 ft EA 1 Alternate 1 12-inch CIPP Water Main Lining LF 430 Lining Pit 10 ft x 10 ft EA 2 The City of Woodbury has adopted a standard document entitled "Standard Project Manual for Utility and Street Construction" dated January 1, 2022 (or latest adopted version of the document), which includes the Procurement and Contracting Requirements and Specifications which are hereby incorporated into the Bidding Documents. Bidders Direct inquires to Engineer's Project Engineer, Anna Breland, at abreland@sehinc.com. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The bid will be awarded based on the total base bid. The City reserves the right to include or reject any of the alternative bid items. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner.
