A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for Seismic upgrades, private storm facility improvements, irrigation system replacement, and water fountain repairs for the Capitol Mall Park and underground parking structure. 1 st Location: General services parking structure; across from the General Services Building located at 1225 Ferry St. NE., Salem Oregon 97301-4278. Check in at the General Services Building, and then we will meet at the General services parking structure. Between Part A and Part B, Bidders will be asked to travel to the Project Site. Part B 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM PST 2 nd Location: Meet at the South Elevation of the Capital Mall Above Grade Park at the Wall of Water Fountain QUESTIONS Must be submitted in Writing and received by the appropriate point of contact as identified in Section C.1.1 by 2:00 PM (Pacific) P.M. on March 21ST, 2022.
