Renovation of a municipal facility in Pinecrest, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Village of Pinecrest is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms to replace one of the Rooftop Air Conditioning Units (RTU-2) at the Pinecrest Municipal Center The project is to be completed in accordance to the plan design included as part of this Invitation to Bid. Five-year standard warranties applies. Completion time of the project is three (3) months. Only contractors that have been in business for five (5) years or more will be considered. The work involved with the project shall include, but may not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, superintendence and services necessary for the complete in place construction of the project. The Village of Pinecrest reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest, most responsive, responsible bidder, as determined by the Village Council, subject to the right of the Village to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in the bids or bidding procedure, and subject also to the right of the Village to award bid and contract to bidders other than the low bidder.
