As of 04/06/2022 The start date and end dates are unknown. The Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Department is interested in acquiring one (1) steel frame pier. The pier to be replaced is at the North End Boat Landing in the Town of LaValle, Sauk County, and is the pier used at the boat ramp, located at the northeast edge of the property. The County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids not in compliance with all prescribed public RFB procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any and all Bids upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so and to waive any and all informalities in the public interest. In the award of the contract, the County will accept the Bid or Bids which in their estimation will best serve the interests of the County and will reserve the right to award the contract to the Vendor whose Bid must be best for the public good. Deadline to submit clarifying questions: March 2, 2022 at 4:00 PM Central Time Contract awarded: March 15, 2022 Delivery is to be made at the North End Boat Landing, E4765 LaValle Road, LaValle, WI 53941. Installation is to be made at the boat ramp, located at the northeast edge of the property The pier must be assembled and installed by May 1, 2022.
