Renovation of a municipal facility in Morehead, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project entails HVAC upgrades to Forestry's Training Building, which includes replacing an existing furnace / DX split system and adding a second new furnace / DX split system. Units will be controlled locally via thermostats (no BAS). Construction of a new interior closet and minor electrical work will be required to facilitate the new HVAC equipment.
