The Davis Technical College is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide overhead door maintenance and inspections. The College will make award to lowest priced qualified bidder for all locations. Minimum Requirements Contractor must be able to provide all components (installation, system repairs, inspections, etc.) of this agreement as Prime Contractor. Must have at least five (5) years of experience providing requested services for similar size and scope of work preferably in higher education. Contractor is to provide examples of quality of work and experience with manufacturers of doors identified in Attachment E. Contractor must be able arrive on campus within twenty-four (24) hours of callout and must be located no farther than 100 miles away from college main campus in Kaysville, UT 84037. Contractor must provide at least three (3) references, complete with the organization name, contact person and telephone number for whom services have been provided similar to scope and size of work within the last five (5) years preferably in higher education. Contractor staff that will be performing services must be manufacturer certified. Contractor staff that will be performing services must be factory trained on servicing and repairing the overhead doors listed in this solicitation.
