Additive Alternates: 1) FOR BASKETBALL COURT CONCRETE ONLY, INSTALL 5-1/2" THICK REINFORCED CONCRETE, OVER 6" UTBC (COMPACTED TO 95%). REBAR TO BE #4 AT 15" O.C. EACH DIRECTION. LOCATE BAR 1.5"-2" FROM TOP OF SLAB. 2) FOR BASKETBALL COURT CONCRETE ONLY, INSTALL POST TENSIONED CONCRETE PER DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF PICKLEBALL COURTS (EXCLUDING FENCING). INCLUDE ACRYLIC SURFACING WITH BASKETBALL "PAINT" AREA TO BE BRICK RED, AND REMAINDER OF COURT AREA TO BE GRAY (COLORS TO MATCH PICKLEBALL COURTS.)
