Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Elkton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are invited for a general contract for construction of an office building, pavilion, site improvements, and other related work as described in the Bid Documents to be constructed on the Owner's property on Pond River Road at U.S. Highway 68-KY 80 in Elkton, Kentucky 42220. A non-refundable payment of $200.00 is required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Payment shall be in the form of a company check made payable to Violette Architecture/Interior Design. Contractors, subcontractors and suppliers may purchase full-size paper copies of the bid documents according to the Instructions to Bidders. Preparation and submittal of bids shall conform to the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
