Site work for a mixed-use development in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
School Zone Signage Aspen Elementary The work needs to be completed before July 2, 2022. The City will not provide any equipment. Vendor pricing must include materials, labor, set-up fees, graphic fees, equipment, rental fees, travel fees, delivery, fuel, maintenance, surcharges, waste fees, disposal fees, insurance, lodging, meals, and all other costs required to perform the work. Vendor will be responsible for any damages as a result of machines, equipment, persons, or items used during this process. The City does not provide Bidders lists or Planholders lists. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part. The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City.
