Site work for a water / sewer project in Palm Desert, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of twelve (12) monitoring wells and rehabilitation of eight (8) existing monitoring wells at various locations in the Coachella Valley. The new monitoring wells will be equipped with 4 inch diameter PVC casing vary in depth from approximately 100 feet to 350 feet. In addition, eight (8) existing monitoring wells at two separate locations (four wells at each site) will be rehabilitated to repair damage and corrosion to the upper portions of the casings. The successful bidder has fifteen (15) days following receipt of the Notice of Award to provide insurance documents. The number of days beyond the original fifteen (15) days it takes to receive this will be deducted from the Contract Times. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
