Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cramerton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to Permeable Interlocking Concrete Paver (PICP) System serving as stormwater management control measure to replace the existing deteriorating asphalt pavement of the Town's parking lot as well as grading and parking layout improvements. The project also involves stormwater system improvements to downtown streets, Eighth and Ninth Street which includes asphalt pavement removal, erosion control, curb & gutter, concrete driveways to the parking lot, and asphalt patching.
