This project is a renovation of an existing single-family home. TCHFH is looking for qualified companies to bid. Project Start: All work will be ready late March 2022. This project will be partially funded with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds and must comply with all HUD requirements. The Subcontractors on this project must comply with federal contract provisions, including, but not limited to: Suspension and Debarment; Equal Employment Opportunity; Minority Business Enterprise; Women Business Enterprise; Section 3 Economic Opportunities Requirements; and Drug Free Workplace as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
