Renovation of a mixed-use development in Welland, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and municipal facility.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by The City to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Supply and Install of Security Cameras and Software at City Hall and Welland Public Library. The Term of the Contract will be in effect commencing City of Welland award approval and for three (3) years, and if applicable, with provisions and approvals for the City to extend the Contract for two additional optional 12-month terms, subject to performance review and acceptable pricing at the anniversary date of the Contract. The decision of the City to extend the Contract shall be final and not subject to review. Hardware/Camera's must be installed and complete by June 2022. Term of The Contract: Year 1: June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023 Year 2: June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024 Year 3: June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025
