Renovation of a municipal facility in Welland, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Terms of Reference describes the Corporation of the City of Welland's requirements for the removal and replacement of fire alarm panel located at the Courthouse as the current panel is at end of service. The City of Welland is seeking proponents to carry out Courthouse Fire Alarm Panel Replacement. Work must be completed after hours in one evening (after 5pm) or completed over one weekend, including all testing, commissioning, and verification. The City will provide after hours fire watch. The Contract will be in effect commencing February 2023 and until completion of work by May 31, 2023. Questions regarding this Request for Quotation must be submitted in writing via email to the attention of RFQ Coordinator no later than January 31, 2023, at 3:30 PM Bid value not released for publication.
