The primary intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified Consultant to establish one (1) fixed fee, open-ended contract for Transportation, Planning/Analysis, and Transportation Design/Engineering in support of the County of Culpeper, Virginia (County) and other County transportation planning requirements on an "as needed" basis for a one (1) year period with up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Culpeper County does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, or disability, or against faith-based organizations as defined under the Virginia Public Procurement Act on the basis of such organization's religious or charitable character. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to person with disabilities, if required. The County of Culpeper reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
