Renovation of a municipal facility in Edinburgh, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All prime contractors, subcontractors, Disadvantaged Business enterprises, and other interested parties are invited to attend. All bids must be submitted on the Edinburgh Town Hall Addition Bid Form provided and the State Board of Accounts Form 96, all parts of which must be properly filled out and executed by the bidder. Bid Amount shall be submitted as Base Bid to include all demolition, renovation, and construction per the Plans and specifications prepared by Miller Architects dated 9/16/21. A bid bond/cashier's check, or certified check equal to 5% of the bid amount, including any alternates, payable to Edinburgh Town Council, Edinburgh, IN.
