Site work for a water / sewer project in Mancos, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Demolish and replace the existing 0.33MG welded steel water storage tank with a pre-stressed concrete, welded steel, or glass-fused bolted steel tank of similar size. Prepare tank subgrade as required. Replace inlet piping, outlet piping, drain and overflow piping, and corresponding isolation valves as required. Replace tank sampling connections. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from qualified general contractors that have demonstrated experience in construction projects of this type. A Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% will be required and a scanned copy must accompany the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required upon contract award.
