As of May 19, 2022 This project had no bidders and has not been awarded. No definite date for the rebid. Bids are solicited on a unit price basis. Work under this Contract consists of, but not limited to, paving approximately 1-mile of existing shared use path, signage installation, grading, soil erosion control, and restoration. Any questions regarding the project shall be brought to the attention of Ms. Claire Martin, PE at Stantec Consulting Michigan Inc., in writing by email at claire.martin@stantec.com. Questions by telephone call are prohibited. Questions will not be accepted if received less than nine (9) calendar days before the bids are due. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, money order or bid bond, payable to the OWNER, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal, as a Bid Security. The Bid Security of the Bidders under consideration will be returned after approval of the Contract by the OWNER. All others will be returned after the Proposal opening. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond, each in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract. All work under this Contract must conform with prevailing wage rates for Livingston County.
