Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Terre Haute, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

For Brittlebank Park All bids must be submitted on the prescribed State Board of Accounts Bid Form No 96, which includes the completed execution of a non-collusion affidavit and proposal form included in specifications. Bidders must be INDOT Certified to submit. Bid Security: Any person, firm or corporation who submits proposals MUST file with their proposals a Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of said bid made payable to the Board of Park and Recreation. To ensure faithful completion of the contract entered into with the City of Terre Haute by the successful bidder, said bidder will be required to give a Performance Bond and Payment Bond due at the time of the execution of the contract, in the full amount of the contract price with sufficient surety thereon. The Board of Park and Recreation reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and waives echnicalities as to procedures and to award a contract on the bid that, in its judgment, is the most advantageous to the City of Terre Haute, Indiana.
