This project will be a total turn-key contract with all work being performed by the Contractor unless otherwise stated. The Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, sub-contractors, supervision, management, per diem, and travel necessary to complete all work in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), attached drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements. The contractor will install approximately 748 linear feet of new W-Beam guardrail located at John Redmond Reservoir, Coffey County, Kansas.
