Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bedford, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Town of Bedford, New Hampshire (hereinafter "Town") is requesting proposals for the Bedford Safety Complex Police Evidence Room Expansion Project. The construction project consists of but not limited to demolition, construction of concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls, saw cutting opening in existing CMU wall, installation of steel security door and lockset, installation of new security gate and lockset, and revisions to all fire protection, electrical, lighting and plumbing related to the expansion as specified in the plans and specifications A-100, P&E-100, S-100 as prepared by Team Engineering of Bedford, NH. All questions or requests for clarification regarding the RFP must be received in writing, via email, to publicworks@bedfordnh.org by Thursday, March 17, 2022. Answers to all questions received will be published in an addendum no later than Friday, March 18, 2022. The Town of Bedford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all qualification statements or any part thereof, and to waive any minor informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town also reserves the right to conduct reasonable negotiations with low bidders and sole bidders. Failure to submit all information may declare a RFP as non-responsive and subject to disqualification. All Requests for Proposals submission materials become the property of the Town of Bedford.
