Fairmont Boulevard, Rapid City, SD 57701. 204 E. Fairmont Boulevard, Rapid City, SD 57701. 1937 Hillsview Drive, Rapid City, SD 57702. 2411 Alamo Drive, Rapid City, SD 57702. Each bidder must deposit bid security with the bid, payable to Pennington County Housing & Redevelopment Commission, and shall be one of the following: Cashier s check or certified check drawn on a State or National Bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of all Bid Items. Bid Bond, prepared on the enclosed form, issued by a Surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and acceptable to the Owner, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total of all Bid Items. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, Section 3 New Hire requirements, & Liquidated Damage clauses apply for this project.
