Each bidder must deposit bid security with the bid, payable to Pennington County Housing & Redevelopment Commission, and shall be one of the following: Cashier s check or certified check drawn on a State or National Bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of all Bid Items. Bid Bond, prepared on the enclosed form, issued by a Surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and acceptable to the Owner, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total of all Bid Items. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, Section 3 New Hire requirements, & Liquidated Damage clauses apply for this project.
