A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Construction of a New Sewer System Around Lake Salubria The project involves the construction of a new sewer system around Lake Salubria in Bath, NY along the following roadways: along East William Street Extension, Lake Salubria Drive, Dickson Drive, and State Route 415 (NYS 415). The system includes areas with a gravity collection system and areas with a low-pressure system requiring the installation of grinder stations and above ground pump stations and manhole wet wells. The proposed sanitary sewer collection system will service approximately 120 properties in total consisting of 8" SDR35 gravity sewer and 4" HDPE force main sewer. This project is jointly funded by the New York State Clean Water State Revolving Fund and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The CWSRF is administered by the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation, this project is also co-funded by NYSDEC and ARC grant funds. As bid security, each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Town of Bath, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the Instructions to Bidders All questions prior to the bid opening must be received by the close of business on Monday, May 27, 2025, at 5:00pm local time. A digital copy of this form is available upon request. The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may, at their discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, not does this represent that the Owner will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) after the actual date of the opening, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
