The major work items include removal and placement of curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps and driveways, storm drain improvements, roadbed modification, bituminous plantmix, utility adjustments, traffic signal modifications, and placement of permanent pavement markings and signs. Prospective Bidders must be Contractors presently licensed under the Nevada State Law for the type of work specified herein. For duration of this solicitation, and after contract award, the RTC will be in the process to secure right-of-way easements along the frontage of the Peckham Lane Project. Two notices of proceed will be given. The first notice to proceed to procure project materials will be given proceeding the execution of the Contract Documents. The second notice of proceed to commence project will be August 10, 2022.* The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced by the successful Bidder after the executed Contract Documents have been submitted, and within five (5) calendar days of the commencement date set forth in both Notices to Proceed. The work, including any and all alternates and options, shall be completed within fifty (50) working days after the commencement date set forth in the 2nd Notice to Proceed. The right is reserved to reject any and all Bids or accept the Bid that is deemed by the RTC to be in the best interest of the RTC. The RTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternates or options or any combination thereof. The RTC also reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted Bid Forms.
