PROJECT SCOPE: The Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is seeking a Supplier to provide all labor, supervision, materials, goods, consumables, equipment, reports, evaluations, engineering, tools, drawings, manuals, documents, shipping, and any other items and activities necessary to supply two 500 kW vertical Francis water to wire packages including upstream and downstream turbine isolation valves, steel spiral cases, steel draft tube liners, distributors, runners, shafts, all bearings, seals, and other required turbine components, generator, generator mounting embeds, exciters, switchgear, and other components required for two fully functional hydroelectric units. Bids received after the date and time set for receipt will be REJECTED. Facsimile and Hard Copy Bids will NOT be accepted. BID OPENING: There will not be a public bid opening as bids are opened electronically. Bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 332.
