Renovation of a mixed-use development in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and fitness / recreation center.

West Avenue Elmhurst, IL 60126 Remove existing thru wall air conditioning units in classrooms and remove abandoned exhaust fans on roof. Patch wall and roof openings per plan notes. Provide two (2) new rooftop units with gas heating and electric cooling to serve classrooms. Provide associated supply ductwork routed above roof. Provide duct penetrations thru roof to new ceiling supply diffusers. Provide return duct from bottom of RTU down thru roof to ceiling return grilles. Provide new Venstar 4900 WiFi connected thermostats.
