Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.

The scope of the project includes removing and re-installing the existing fencing, full depth removal of the playing surface, installing a new asphalt playing surface with appropriate surface and striping as well as the provision and installation of new nets and backboard. Remove and dispose of tennis court surface utilizing asphalt pavement and aggregate base. Certified payroll is required on this project by both general and sub-contractors.
