Renovation of an educational facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,720-square-foot educational facility.
BID PROJECT | WESTHILL CSD PHASE 3 . The extent of asbestos-containing material (ACM) to be removed and disposed under this project is indicated on the Asbestos Removal Plans and in this Section. The work shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable codes, rules, and regulations including, but not limited to, New York State Industrial Code Rule 56 (Cited as 12 NYCRR Part 56). 1. The abatement work areas are located in the Westhill Central School District. The Abatement Contractor shall refer to, at a minimum, the Prime Contractors', Construction Manager's and Architect's Renovation Drawings as well as the Hazardous Materials Surveys for a representation of the general layout of the anticipated work areas and the scope of asbestos removal and disposal specified at each work area. 2. The work consists of the removal and disposal of asbestos containing: HVAC/Roof Flashing/Mastic. Dispose of all removed ACM material and debris as asbestos-contaminated debris in accordance with applicable regulations. B. Asbestos analysis results of the ACMs identified for this project are summarized below:
