Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kennesaw, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment and other things necessary for the complete construction All bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Bid Bond a Paper Bid Bond, or a Certified Check delivered in a sealed envelope, indicating the project name and project number, to Cobb County Purchasing Department, 122 Waddell Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060,before the 12:00 noon deadline.Bid Bond shall be drawn in favor of the Board of Commissioners, Cobb County, Georgia, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid for the complete work. Any questions must be received by Cobb County Purchasing Department the Friday prior to the bid opening. All questions should be sent via email to Purchasing@CobbCounty.org. The time allowed for performance of the project will be 180 days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation and Small Business Participation (SBP) in all DOT contracts is encouraged. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive formalities.
